Read the important bonus terms

Eligibility, amount, milestones and payment timing depend on the written employment-bonus offer, required onboarding, active employment, good standing and applicable tax withholding. Employment, assignments, hours and the maximum bonus are not guaranteed.

This is an employee compensation opportunity only. It is not payment for referring, enrolling or transferring a participant; choosing Taqwa Home Care; changing a health plan; or generating Medicaid-funded business. No one qualifies merely by bringing, referring or transferring a client. Ask for the current written terms before relying on the offer.

Questions caregivers ask

What kinds of shifts may be available?

Client needs can include morning, daytime, evening, overnight and weekend visits. Availability changes, and every visit must match a confirmed assignment and authorized schedule.

Can I choose work near my home?

Tell us your ZIP code and travel range. Opportunities may be in Philadelphia or Delaware County and other approved Pennsylvania ZIP codes. We consider location, age-specific qualifications, language and availability, but cannot promise a particular case.

Will Taqwa explain payroll and employment details?

Yes. Your classification, pay rate, pay schedule, timekeeping rules and any bonus terms must be provided in writing before you accept an assignment.

Can I work with a family member?

Possibly. Eligibility depends on the client’s program and payer rules. We can help review the next steps, but the appropriate program or plan makes the final approval decision.

What you may do

Support the routines that make home feel like home.

Assigned duties vary by client and must remain within the care plan, authorization, caregiver competency and agency policy.
